My training route and my accrued work experiences led me to manage this work in view of the customer satisfaction and a positive result.
This process, which started about 30 years ago from purchasing management, has allowed me to implement year after year the technical knowledge and collaborations with customers and suppliers, Italian and international.
Customer support for drafting /checking load plans, L/C checks, preparation of shipping documentation for the negotiation, the control of documents required for all destinations witch have the purpose of proposing and agreeing the optimal solution for shipping all from the origin to the final destination.

I immersed myself in the world of shipping more than ten years ago, I immediately understood that it was not a simple job but a passion that year after year has entered more and more in my blood. I started this experience with great humility and a desire to learn, not only from colleagues but also from suppliers and customers.
When I don't know something, I always try to study to be able to support the people with whom I interact.
I was lucky enough to work with highly trained staff who taught me a lot, not only from the documentary point of view (incoterms / bank payments / international laws, operational management of sea / air / land / warehouse / customs departments and much more) but also from a practical point of view (container loading and unloading, storage, lashing).
Over the years I have specialized in direct customer care, never forgetting the operational importance of managing the practices acquired. NUOVA PROCEDURA CODICE ACI – EGITTO
Ai sensi dell’articolo 39 della legge doganale n. 207 per l’anno 2020 che introdotto un nuovo sistema per quanto riguarda la registrazione anticipata delle informazioni sul carico “Advance Informazioni sul carico – ACI ”per semplificare le procedure di sdoganamento del carico, garantire la verifica del garanzie degli importatori e degli esportatori, accettare l’importazione di determinati tipi di carichi o vietare allo stesso di entrare nel paese.
SISTEMA ADVANCE CARGO INFORMATION (ACI) – SISTEMA A FINESTRA SINGOLA:
Quanto sistema telematico richiede l’obbligo per l’importatore o il suo agente di registrare i suoi dati sul portale elettronico della piattaforma nazionale unificata per il commercio estero https://www.nafeza.gov.eg
DI SEGUITO VENGONO PRESENTATE LE PRINCIPALI CARATTERISTICHE DEL DECRETO:
– La data di implementazione delle informazioni anticipate sul carico (ACI), la prima fase pilota inizierà dal primo aprile 2021.
– I principali dati richiesti per la registrazione come previsti dal decreto ministeriale per completare l’Advance cargo information (ACI) sono i seguenti:
● Il paese del fornitore
● Il numero di registrazione del fornitore ‘’ la partita Iva ‘’
● Il nome commerciale del fornitore
● Il tipo di fornitore “natura”
● L’e-mail del fornitore
● L’indirizzo dettagliato del fornitore
● I dati della merce.
● Il codice HS per gli articoli importati
● I dati della fattura, colli, pesi, valore e descrizione merce
l’importatore e le merci importate ”attraverso un sito finestra, sulla base del rischio doganale, dal sistema ci sarà o meno una approvazione per effettuare l’importazione, in caso di approvazione, l’importatore otterrà un numero di registrazione ‘’numero ACID doganale iniziale ’’ , questo numero sarà una parte essenziale da inserire in tutti i documenti inviati dal fornitore/esportatore e tutti i documenti della spedizione/importazione, in assenza di tale numero di riferimento iniziale, non è possibile effettuare l’importazione ed in caso di merce
già trasportata il vettore sarà obbligato a restituire la merce nuovamente all’origine sostenendo il costo del rientro.
La Modifica dei dati dopo la registrazione
Il decreto ministeriale consente la modifica dei dati di spedizione solo dopo aver ottenuto l’iniziale numero di registrazione doganale, senza modificare i dati del fornitore o dell’importatore.
